Valerie Uy is a seasoned digital strategist and creative leader with over 15 years of experience shaping brand identities, driving engagement, and elevating growth across mission-driven and technology-focused organizations. As Director of Marketing and Strategic Communications at Phemotron Systems,  she leads efforts in brand positioning, digital storytelling, investor communications, and audience development.

Val has spearheaded award-winning digital campaigns and developed scalable marketing systems that have powered interactive workshops, startup launches, and community engagement initiatives. Her work in creating tech-based learning platforms was recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor and featured in a national research study on digital education within American Job Centers—earning her the Region 11 Workforce development Lighthouse Award.

With a background in multimedia design and international experience in Singapore and Malaysia, Val combines visual creativity with data-informed strategies to deliver impactful messaging and sustainable brand growth. She also serves on the board of the Volusia Manufacturers Association and volunteers as the lead chapter organizer for 1 Million Cups Daytona Beach, a nationwide entrepreneurship community.
