Muto Noruji is an electric propulsion engineering professional in space exploration endeavors. Interests also includes space environmental science, lunar studies and robotics. He is based in Higashi Osaka city in Japan and also currently in a doctoral research at the Kyushu Institute of Technology (Kyutech), Kitakyushu, Japan. Muto is a Martial Artist of repute.
He is the recipient of the 2015 Western branch of the Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences Outstanding Student Award and the 72nd Joint Conference of Electrical, Electronics and Information Engineers in Kyushu Best Poster Award in 2019.
