He is a major player in the Federal contract transportation market for air land and sea logistics in Washington DC and the Mid Atlantic Region. Peter develops business proposals for submission to federal, state and local governments, as well as public utility services and private enterprises. Peter has a strong knowledge of 40 plus years in government procurement, with a strong background in SBA 8a diversity and State minority private procurement procedures. He has over 40 years of experience as a small business owner, winning and successfully completing multiple million-dollar sub and prime contracts for federal, state, municipal, and corporate agencies. He provided services for government agencies through a number of socially disadvantaged classifications, including diversity programs, mentor-protégé programs, and the SBA 8(a) Program, while managing an employee force of more than 100. Peter was honored to receive the U.S. Small Business Administration’s “Outstanding 8(a) Contractor of the Year Award”.
